Our Refund Policy

If your plant kicks the bucket within 30 days? No sweat—we’ll either send a fresh
replacement or refund you for the loss. But hey, let’s play detective first: Sometimes they’re just dramatic about thirst. A little water might turn that “I’m dying” act into “I’m thriving, thanks.”

Our packing and shipping

Day 0-1: Customer-selected plants at purchase
  We’re obsessed with getting your order right: plant type? Check. Number of cacti? Double-check. Size? We measured them with a ruler (and maybe a tiny tape measure, because Linda’s wonky arm is tricky). We want your package to arrive like a perfectly wrapped gift—no “Wait, that’s not the one I picked!” panic.
Day 0-1: Soil Removal & Root Cleaning
  We gently evict dirt (it’s a stowaway risk on international flights!). Your cactus rides coach—soil-free & customs-approved!
Day 3-5:Plants under fans (to reduce moisture)
  This moisture-reducing trick works like a charm for most plants during long-haul shipping. But let’s be real—if your destination’s colder than a cactus’s mood in winter? Yeah, this hack might just throw in the towel. 🌵❄️
Day 5:Packing plants (to protect them from damage during shipping)
  Packing plants isn’t just “stick ’em in a box”—it’s like prepping a tiny plant astronaut for launch. First, we give each one a final once-over: Loose spine? Wobbly pot? We reinforce every stem, wrap every prickly edge in soft paper, and tuck them into boxes like they’re napping in a cloud. For the drama queens (looking at you, Xiao Bai), we add extra padding
Day 5:Sent to our freight forwarder (We’ll provide you with the tracking number)
Your plant package will take a bit of a scenic route during shipping—around 15–20 business days. Don’t stress though! We’re over here refreshing the tracking just as much as you are, silently cheering these spiky little travelers to your doorstep faster. Trust us, we want them to arrive ASAP almost as much as they (probably) want to escape the box. 🌵🚚
